MARCH BULLETIN BOARD

We are officially one month into our rebrand and I’m very encouraged by how independent and focused everyone has been. One of my biggest hopes for this rebrand was to create an environment that was better suited for making everyone become more aware of just how capable they were, from a mental standpoint.

When you stop and think about it, the majority of you are now able to completely read through the board and understand at least 80% of everything we’re about to do; you’re also taking it further that understanding the jargon on the board—you’re becoming more in-tune with your body and better understanding how to select appropriate weights, relative to the objective of the workout.

Thank you for your energy and willingness to adapt to our evolving program.
